Recognising the growing demand for greater energy efficiency and low maintenance, ECO-Logic UK launched a new Modular Controller for multiple accommodation and bathrooms, and a new Building Management System. The Controllers can be adapted to control one or two rooms that use a shared services supply, allowing specifiers a choice of facility and service control options. Modular capability includes water, lighting, heating, power, air movement/conditioning, communication and even TV/audio links. Each bespoke Controller can include all of these options, or a more basic configuration. The Controllers can be linked to an ECO-Logic Building Management System using specially developed software and a power distribution facility can also be incorporated. ECO-Logic also displayed the new multi-outlet ECO Pipetank 250, capable of serving three WC Pans and using one or two fill valves internally. It is ideal for multiple room or rapid repeat flushing installations. Each WC has its own flush valve and sensor operated controller link. The smaller ECO Pipetank 250/7 is available for single WC flush installations. An improved range of ECO Secure Sanitaryare was unveiled at the exhibition, with new basin, shelf and mirror designs on show. Constructed using high strength polymer, the range includes basins, WCs, urinals and more products due to be introduced in 2009. ECO Plumbing Panels, a key feature of recent projects, were introduced at Harrogate. Pre-assembled offsite, often bespoke, they are manufactured to match client and installation requirements. The panels connect outlets with valves, isolation fittings, flow restrictors and temperature controls. They are supplied pre-tested and provide simple connection and reduced installation costs; and easier maintenance due to the easy access points.
