Introducing the New Modular Controller & Building Management Systems

The Modular Controllers are linked to ECO Building Management Systems (BMS), which enable management to monitor, adjust settings and oversee maintenance cost efficiently. The advanced design flexibility enables building management and specifiers the opportunity to decide which elements are linked into the Modular Controller. ECO-Logic UK offer installation advice, installer liaison and commissioning services. Designed primarily for multiple en-suite accommodation, the capability provides monitoring and adjustment via the Modular Controller or central computer screen and local control using an ECO-Logic Building Management System. The Controller includes a mains power distribution switching and relay box, including transformers to reduce power to an energy saving 6vDC and is supplied complete with a battery backup system for the sanitaryware should mains power fail. This facility enables the installer to economically link all the electrical cables at one point and, by linking all the outlet points, the Modular Controller enables secure lockout switching. The sensor and valves are easily linked to the Controller via a new multi-socket connector panel. The ECO-Logic range of advanced water controls are incorporated into the new Modular range which now includes: • Electronic thermostatic temperature controls for baths & showers • Flow time settings for basins, baths, showers, flushing & sinks • Lockout systems and testing capability • WC & Urinal Blockage Alert systems • ‘One Touch’ & ‘Non Touch sensors
