Electronic water control specialists ECO-Logic UK have just completed a project at Malcolm Arnold House, a 48 bed secure mental health facility at St Andrews Hospital in Northampton.

Supply included basin, WC, bath and shower controls and secure vandal-resistant non-ligature sanitaryware for the Ensuite Bathrooms, Patient Toilets, Seclusion Rooms and Assisted Bathrooms.

ECO-Logic electronic water fittings allow users easy-to-use controls, but ensure high levels of discreet management input including timed flow with auto-stop at selected levels – ideal for baths, basin and sinks.

Anti-tamper lockouts, restart delays, flood sensors and blockage alerts are also available, as well as cell call systems and lighting/heating controls ideal for high risk clients.

Due to the success of the installation the client is now specifying ECO-Logic Electronic Water Controls and secure polymer and stainless steel sanitaryware for a potential further four hospitals. The client is also looking to specify ECO-Logic Controls for other areas throughout the hospital due to the water, energy and maintenance cost savings available.
